The below steps are showing how to create a pick-up request from your dashboard.

  • Select Create New
  • Select Create Pick-up
  • Select Pick-up Location
  • Select Pick-up Date
  • Add Contact Person Data
  • Click Create Pick-up

Also, after creating your pick-up request you can do the below:


1- Edit your pick-up request

2- Delete your pick-up request (as long as it's still requested, not in progress)

3- Create a ticket for this pick-up for any support 

4- Adding pick-up locations through:

  • Open Settings 
  • Select Pick-up locations 
  • Select add a new locations


P.S: The cut-off time for creating the pick-up request to be picked on the same day is 4:00 PM, otherwise the same day will not be available and the slots will be started from the next day.
