How can the business sign up? 

  • The business can sign up through Sllr.co, If he doesn't have a Bosta account 
  • If He signed up through Sllr.co, he will have an online store without a shipping service, to start shipping he has to activate his shipping service & he will have Sllr dashboard.
  • If an existing customer with bosta tries to sign up through Sllr.co using the same phone number as his Bosts account it will direct him to open his bosta dashboard.

 


  • If he has a Bosta account he will find a notification to explore Sllr he has to click it to start creating his store

 


  • After creating the store he had to confirm the URL and if he needs to change it we need to raise a ticket to the tech team.

What happens after the sign-up?

 After the sign-up:

  • Sllr users will get a call from the onboarding team to educate them on how to use Sllr 
  • Then the customer will start to create his store

 Sllr Ship:

  • After the customer starts to get sales orders through Sllr we will ask him to activate his Sllr shipping service. 
  • To activate his Shipping service he has to confirm if he is an individual or a company:
  1. If the business is individual (in Egypt), he has to upload his National ID photo
  2. If the business is individual (in KSA), he has to upload his National ID photo & his freelance certificate
  3. If the business is a company, he has to enter his Tax ID

How can he upload Products?

  • From Sllr.co: Sllr store - Products - Add products
  • From Bosts.co: Sllr store - Products - Add products Or Products - Add products
  • He can upload multiple products or single product
  1. Multiple products: he can download a sheet to fill in all the products' details and then upload it again. Note that* if he wants to add a product image to the sheet it has to be a link
  2.  Immigrate his products from another online storeTo immigrate his products from his store to the Sllr store, we have to raise a ticket to the tech team mentioning the outsider store URL & they will make it to him.
  3. Single product: he can add all his product details one by one. Note that* if he wants to upload more than one image he had to upload it one by one there is no mass upload option.
  • He can add more than one product option like the size the color the price for each different one 
  • he can add the available item, the price, and the location of the product if he has different pickup locations. 
  • He has to option to make his products active or inactive.



What are his store tools?

  • Overview: He will find out how to share his store link and his store analysis 
  • Store Info: Where he can edit his store info except the store link
  • ProductsWhere he can check his active and inactive products 
  • SettingsWhere he can choose is he wants to shipping fees appear to the consignee or not, if he wants to activate it he has more than one option to set & choose the payment methods
  • General:
  1. where he can choose the store language 
  2. Stock management 

         A) When product is out of stock: 

  • he can choose whether the system should hide a product from the store when it goes out of stock or show it with an "Out Of Stock" sign

        B) Stock quantity appearance in products page:

  • If he chooses to active "Show remaining quantity", he can specify whether he wants to always show the product quantity, or only show it if it's less than 5.

       C) Low stock notification:

  • The client has the flexibility to define their own threshold for "low stock" by specifying the quantity at which the system should highlight products as low in stock 


  • Shipping:

A) Show shipping fees:

  1. Free shipping: shipping is free for all the consignees 
  2. Conditional free shipping: set a minimum amount for free shipping
  3. Flat rate: set a fixed amount for all orders
  4. Custom rate: set a shipping fee based on the city

B) Estimated delivery time


C)Activate the option of collecting from the nearest Circle-K (the consignee can collect his order from the nearest Circle-K according to his location) 


  • Payment:
  1. Online payment: Where he can activate online payment service through integration with Paymob, Bosta deducts 2.35% + 1 EGP including VAT 14% from the business 
  2. The refund policy: 
  •  if the order is canceled before we dispatch it the consignee will be refunded the whole amount 
  •  if the order is canceled after the dispatch we will deduct the service fees
  •  if the order is delivered and the consignee wants to return it there is no online refund the business can make it only through a new order with cash returns
  • The refund SLA is 14 W.D

  • Store policy:
  1. where he can write his store policy & his return policy and he can choose from the ready-to-use templates




How can he get store visitors to increase his sales?

  • He can start to share his store link online with his clients from: Sllr - Overview - share your store - Copy link
  • Also, he has a sharing guideline to teach him how to share his store link on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.


How can he create and get orders?

  • Once the consignee opens the link he will find all the products and start to add to the cart, then fill in his Name, Phone, and Address (the address can be manually or choose it by GPS)
  • Choose the payment method OTP COD Or online payment through paymob 
  • For orders paid online, the COD will appear to be dimmed with a note saying "This order is paid online". 
  • The order will appear to the business on his Dashboard: Order - Sales orders
  • The business has to confirm the order to be transferred to the current order with a shipping tracking number.
  • If the business clicks on any product from his products catalog, he can click on create order to start creating a normal delivery order.



How can he make modifications?

  • If the business wants to make changes to the products, he can do it by Product Catalog - choosing the product - Edit.
  • If the business wants to edit the sales orders:
  1. If the order is still not confirmed: The business can edit, change or add products, and he can change the COD, the address, the phone or cancel it
  2.  If the order is confirmed and removed to the current orders: The business can edit the address, COD, the phone number, but he cannot edit, change or add products to the order.
  3. If the order payment method is online, we can't edit the COD,  neither by the client nor from our side.
  • Note that* If the consignee wants to edit his order he cannot get back to the store link to edit it once he submits it, he has to contact the business to edit if he didn't confirm it yet.
