Covered & uncovered inquiry:


In case the customer is asking about an area and we found it uncovered on the system but it is covered on the sheet:

We will raise a ticket to the Hub to check if they cover it or not, We have to mention the full address as mentioned but the business.

In case we received a complaint from a business that the order is canceled due to uncoverage area and the business mentioned that we informed him that this area is covered while he was signing up with us:

We will  send an Email to the KSA Account Management Team to validate the case.
