What are Bosta materials in KSA?

  •  Bosta Flyers: totally for free
  1. S: 25*30 cm.
  2. M: 35*40 cm.                                                       
  3. L: 45*50 cm.
  4. XL: 50*60 cm.


  • Bosta Boxes: Which will cost the customer 1 SAR for each except the XL will cost 1.5 SAR
  1. S: Length 20 cm * Width 13 cm * Depth 9 cm
  2. L: Length 35 cm * Width 22 cm * Depth 12 cm
  3. XL: Length 35 cm * Width 27 cm * Depth 15 cm

How can he order flyers?


  • Now the business can order materials through his business dashboard
  • The flyer validation team will validate the request and submit it if they're approved to dispatch the materials.
    After the approval, a tracking number will be generated directly under "Bosta material" business.
  • The inventory specialist will review the created tracks and dispatch them to the sorting facility, and then the shipment will be dispatched to the last mile hub where the business is located.
  • We will only dispatch materials through this process, and all materials will be dispatched from the inventory hub - which is located in Riyadh - and we will no longer dispatch items from any other hub. 
  • Orders SLA is the Normal SLA according to the Customer.


  • The customer's quota will be calculated automatically as all his monthly quota will appear at the beginning of the month, not every two weeks
  • once he shipped in any flyer, he will get One free Flyer on his quota (all sizes included)
  • In case the customer is asking for more flyer exceeding his quota, we need to send the request to @Flyers Validation and @Bosta Materials KSA & advise the customer it will take maximum 24 W.H


  • How can he track his order?
    • Through his dashboard, Packaging page
    • The packaging page now is divided into "Shop" & "Track"
    • Through the "Track" page, the client can view the history of his orders.
    • He can click on "Track Order" to be taken to the consignee tracking page to enter the order ID and see the order updates.
