What is the fulfillment service

Bosta offers a fulfillment service for clients where we fulfill, pick, pack, and ship orders for their consignees.


What is a fulfillment center?

  • A fulfillment center is a service providing space that a seller or hires to outsource their order fulfillment. 

  • The primary function of a fulfillment center is to manage the seller’s inventory, store the inventory, and deliver orders directly to customers.
  • Currently, the fulfillment center is in the sorting facility in El-Riyad

How can the customer join our fulfillment service?

  • The service is still in the testing phase we have only 3 clients
  • The business can join the fulfillment service through the AMs ( Karim Hosny & Abdlerahman Nasr)

How can the business fulfill its products?

  • The default: The business should drop off its items by itself in the fulfillment center (Sorting facility)
  • The business should drop off its items by itself in the fulfillment center (Sorting facility At El-Riyad) there is no drop of cut off time

Note* We cannot fulfill those products: 

  • Fragel 

  • Bulky ( light, heavy)

  • Food & Beverage  

  • Dray food 


How can the business make orders from the fulfillment Items?

  • Now the merchant can make deliver orders only.
  • Once the merchant dropped off the items will be an active merchant.
  • Now they are placing orders manually, the mechant can start send his order to Karim Hosny & Abdelrahman Nasr, and they will send to th fulfillment center to fulfill the orders.
  • Orders status on the system will be: Created, Fulfilled, In transit, Received at warehouse, Delivered or/ RTS (return to Stock)
  • Placing orders cutoff time: 5 PM to be fulfilled on the same day. In case the orders have been placed after 5 PM, They will be fulfilled the next day.
  • The RTO will be (return to stock) and the SLA to be on the system RTS in case the order is not delivered is 24 WH.


Fulfillment orders inquiry: 

  • If The order is fulfilled by Bosta and  exceeded the agreed SLA to be fulfilled and the order status is still created:
