What are smart stickers? 

  • It is a sticker with a barcode to help the customer if he cannot Print the order AWB.

How can he order it? 

  • Clients can find the smart stickers in TWO places in our Business Dashboard:

         1- At the top of the home page once the client accesses his account.


          2- In the shop inside the “Packaging” page



How does it work? 

  • The business has to order the stickers from the shop (Pack of 10 by 20 EGY)
  • After he packs his order, he needs to stick the sticker on the flyer 
  • He has to use his Bosta application to link the order with the sticker barcode:
  1. Click on the three dots on the top right of the app and click on the “Scan Smart Sticker” button.
  2. He can also find the scanning button on the “Orders” page if he swipes the concerned order to the right in the Arabic App, or to the left in the English app.
  3. The App will then show a successful scanning sign that asks the client to confirm that this is the correct order to be linked.
  4. After confirmation, the order is successfully linked, and the client won’t need to print the Airway Bill.

How does it work in the Hubs? 

  • After receiving the order from the client, our operation team will scan the barcode and print the corresponding AirWay Bill and add it to the order so that Bosta Star can continue the delivery process normally. 
  • Stars can now scan the barcoded stickers using Bosta Star App instead of the Airway Bill barcodes while picking up orders from clients.
  • Hubs teams will be able to scan the barcoded stickers to receive the orders in the hubs.
  • A new page called “Barcode to AWB” has been created in the hubs page, inside the admin dashboard, and that’s in order to help the hubs print the AirWay Bills in a fast and efficient manner.
