One of the critical updates on our dashboard was Teams and Permissions.

The teams and permissions were initially created to help the business admin to ease the workflow and end the problem of using one login credential by all team members.

With this feature, you can set roles for your members to access specific sections in your dashboard like the Wallet, Integrations, or to have full control over the dashboard. And this happens only by the business owner/ admin.

In this article you’ll read about:

  • Who can access your Wallet details?

  • Why is the Wallet’s access’ critical?

  • How to assign the Wallet to a specific member?

  • Invite team members

  • Members accept the invitation

Who can access your Wallet details?

The team member accountable to know all the financial details of your transactions is the only one who needs access to the wallet.

Why is the Wallet’s access’ critical?
The Wallet includes very sensitive data about a business’s balance and cash cycles with banking details visibility.

How to assign the Wallet to a specific member?

  1. Invite team members:

Go to Settings in the main navigation bar on the left and click on the “Team Members” page

Click on the “Add Member” button to give the needed member permission to access the wallet

Note: Only full access members can invite a team member to have Payment Methods access or edit the permissions of an existing team member to have access to the Payment Methods.

  1. Members accept the invitation:

After you invite a team member, an invitation email will be sent to the email address that you entered. The new team member should accept the invitation and enter the necessary info.

They will also receive an OTP on their phone to validate their phone number.

They will now be able to access the dashboard and they will see a window that describes their permissions to them.
