There’s a lot of transactions happening on your Wallet’s Total Balance section.

Don’t get confused over what the transactions mean anymore. To keep track of your wallet’s daily deposits and withdrawals, read the following descriptions:

There are 6 transactions that control the balance of your wallet:

  1. Collected Cash Cycle

This transaction gets added to your Wallet’s balance at the end of every day to brief you on the collected cash of your completed orders.

You can click on "View Breakdown" to see the list of completed orders.

  1. Bosta Fees

The transaction is deducted from your Wallet's balance at the end of every day to brief you on the fees of your completed orders. You can click on "View Breakdown" to see the list of completed orders.

  1. Cash-out

Once Bosta transfers your revenue to your bank account, the cash-out transaction is deducted from your Wallet’s balance. You can click on "View Receipt" for more details about the cash-out breakdown.

  1. Compensation

If you complained about any problem with one of your completed orders, you will be compensated for it once this is validated. This transaction will be added to your Wallet’s balance once Bosta approves it, and it will be transferred to you with the next cash-out.

  1. Packing Material Fees

In Bosta, there is some free packing material and some with a cost. If you request paid packing material, you will be charged for it and it will be deducted from the Wallet’s balance if you didn’t pay it to the courier when receiving it.

  1. Recharge Balance

To keep your balance going, sometimes you will need to recharge it. Once you recharge your balance by transferring money to Bosta’s account, this transaction will get added to your Wallet’s balance.
