• Kindly make sure that you entered the return information on the system and the info of the contact person who will be responsible for the returns.

  • Also, While creating the orders, please enter the return location where the order will be returned to it, in case the order has not been delivered, or the return location in case it's CRP or Exchange. 



  • Every order has 3 attempts for delivery, in case it has not been delivered at any attempt of the 3, it will be returned within 2 working days. 


  • In case the order has been canceled at any attempt of the 3 attempts, it will be returned within 2 to 3 working days. 


  • If the order type is return or exchange, we will return the collected item from the customer to you within 2 working days. 


  • The contact person for returns will receive OTP once the order gets out for return with our courier.
    The OTP will be sent in SMS, E-mail and shown on the dashboard.


  • The contact person for returns will be responsible for checking the return order carefully before giving the courier the OTP. 


  • In case you find any problem with your return, please reject the return on spot with the courier. 


  • After rejecting the return, you will find on your dashboard Awaiting your actions tap the orders that you have rejected in order to fill in the required info within 14 days a maximum from the day of rejecting the orders to launch the investigation. 


  • Our support team will follow up with you after launching the investigation to keep you posted on the investigation result.
