In case the business/ consignee asked for the order status:

  1. Ask him for the order number or the consignee's phone.

  2. Search in Deliveries tap with TN or Mobile.

  3. Click on the order number to view the order details and delivery log.

  4. Then we can check the order status and details or updates or delivery SLA from the delivery Log, Or business view to inform the consignee or the business of the status and when will it be delivered (day) and the delivery time from 10 AM to 8 PM

  5. If he is a Business, not a consignee, we educate him to check his orders and the last updates from his dashboard on his account
