If the order Status is still Created and the business wants to :
Educate the business to do it from his dashboard |
If the order Status is (Picked up - Received at the warehouse - In transit -Assigned Route) and the business wants to :
Take the action from the admin dashboard and Raise a ticket to the concerned Hub. |
If the order Status is (Out for delivery - Received an Exception) and the business wants to :
Advise the business we cannot change it. |
If the order Status is (Out for delivery - Received an Exception) and the customer wants to change The phone number:Raise a ticket to the Hub to conmunicate the number number with the Star & adivse the cusotmer that we will try to do it. |
Note that the Hub SSLA is 24 W.H and if it exceeds the SLA you have to escalate the Area managers ( Mohamed Khaled & Ahmed Gaballah) |
