If the order Status is still Created and the business wants to :

  • Change or edit the address 
  • Change COD 
  • Reschedule order
  • Allow opening the package 
  • Add special instructions 
  • Change Phone number

Educate the business to do it from his dashboard



If the order Status is (Picked up - Received at the warehouse - In transit -Assigned Route) and the business wants to :

  • Change or edit the address 
  • Change COD 
  • Reschedule order
  • Allow opening the package 
  • Add special instructions 
  • Change Phone number

Take the action from the admin dashboard and Raise a ticket to the concerned Hub. 



If the order Status is (Out for delivery - Received an Exception) and the business wants to :

  • Change or edit the address 
  • Change COD 
  • Reschedule order
  • Allow opening the package 
  • Add special instructions 

Advise the business we cannot change it.



If the order Status is (Out for delivery - Received an Exception) and the customer wants to change The phone number:


Raise a ticket to the Hub to conmunicate the number number with the Star

& adivse the cusotmer that we will try to do it.





Note that the Hub SSLA is 24 W.H and if it exceeds the SLA you have to escalate the Area managers ( Mohamed Khaled & Ahmed Gaballah)
