Star behavior

 It is include ( Star did not follow instructions- Star attitude - Star refused the address)

If the business/ consignee sends us a complaint related to star:

1-Apologize to him and inform him that the needed action will be taken.
2- Tell him to clarify the situation in detail.
3- Create a ticket to the Hub and explain the case The forward it to Ali Mokhtar &
 KSA-operation@bosta.co
4- Inform the business/ consignee with investigation SLA 24 working hours.


PS:
Any escalation regarding star behavior must not exceed 

7 business days since the incident
