If the order Status is still Created and the business wants to Cancel his order:


Educate the business to do it from his dashboard


If the order Status is (Picked up - Received at the warehouse - In transit -Assigned Route) and the business wants to cancel his order:


Take the action from the admin dashboard and Raise a closed ticket to the concerned Hub, advise the business that the order will return to him within 2 - 3 W.D. 


If the order Status is (Out for delivery - Received an Exception) and the business wants to cancel his order:


Advise the business we cannot cancel it but the consignee can refuse & with the star.
