In case the business is complaining about a delay order:

  • In case the last mile is a Bosta Hub:
  • You should send a ticket to concerned Hub 
  • Advise the customer that the order will be dispatched within 24 W.H


  • In case the last mile is Saee Hub:
  • You should send an email to muhammad.abubakar@bosta.co.
  • Advise the customer that the Hub will reply within 24 W.H. 


  • In case the last mile is Thabit Hub:
  • You should send an email to ahmed.adil@bosta.co
  • Advise the customer that the Hub will reply within 24 W.H
