In case the business is complaining about a delay order: - In case the last mile is a Bosta Hub:
- You should send a ticket to concerned Hub
- Advise the customer that the order will be dispatched within 24 W.H
- In case the last mile is Saee Hub:
- You should send an email to muhammad.abubakar@bosta.co.
- Advise the customer that the Hub will reply within 24 W.H.
- In case the last mile is Thabit Hub:
- You should send an email to ahmed.adil@bosta.co
- Advise the customer that the Hub will reply within 24 W.H
